Graham Consultancy’s Stephen Graham, PE, LSP participated in a briefing on December 9, 2025, with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region II (and IX) Administrator Michael Martucci (pictured next to Graham, shown here with two members of his staff) at the ICSC.com headquarters at 1251 Avenue of the Americas, NY, NY. Graham is a member of the Environmental and Land Use Policy Committee, which briefed the EPA team on its latest concerns relative to environmental regulations affecting its 60,000-member community, and its recent white papers and webinar on PFAS, Environmental Due Diligence, and Brownfields which have national coverage. EPA staff presented its latest initiatives, capabilities and interest to assist private and public sector redevelopment activities within its region. Positive discussions of mutual benefit resulted from this meeting.
